After graduating with a BA in English Literature, Chelsea worked for executives in a variety of industries including engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, and fintech. Most of these companies were less than 50 people, so she was able to acquire a wide variety of skills in marketing, purchasing, project management, and process improvement. Some of the areas she enjoys helping with the most are onboarding, employee engagement, and event planning.

Chelsea’s strengths are her ability to multitask, problem solve, and work with a wide variety of personality types. For the last several years, she has leveraged these skills further by volunteering as a poll worker in her home state of Georgia and at a local cat shelter.
 

Fun Fact: Chelsea is a huge trekkie and one of her cats is named Spock!
