Take It Easy Concert Ticket Giveaway

1. ELIGIBILITY:
   The “Take It Easy Concert Ticket Giveaway - 2024" (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of North America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Take It Easy Group (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Participants from the province of Quebec and the states of Nebraska, Vermont, Colorado, Florida and North Dakota are not eligible to participate.
    

2. CONTEST PERIOD:
   The Contest begins on August 14, 2023 and ends on September 15, 2023 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be accepted.
    

3. HOW TO ENTER:
   To enter, individuals must register through the Take It Easy Group website (takeiteasygroup.com) and answer a skill testing question during the Contest Period. Individuals who sign up will have their names automatically entered into the contest. No other method of entry will be accepted.
    

4. PRIZES:
   Two (2) will be awarded, one (1) to a winner in Canada and one (1) to a winner in the United States of America. Each prize consists of two (2) concert tickets to a specified event taking place in North America during the year 2024. The concert event will be determined by the Sponsor. The prize does not include any transportation, accommodation, meals, or other expenses. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
    

5. WINNER SELECTION:
   The potential winners will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative on or about October 15, 2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    

6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
   The potential winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days following the draw. The potential winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days or an alternate winner may be selected.
    

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
   By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and any submitted materials for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
    

8. DISCLAIMERS:
   The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical malfunction that affect the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.
    

9. PRIVACY:
   Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
    

10. SPONSOR:
    The Contest is sponsored by Take It Easy Group, 5810 Shelby Oaks Drive, STE B, Memphis, TN, 38134.
     

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
    By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and its designees may use his or her name, likeness, biographical information, and any statements made by entrant regarding the Contest or the Sponsor for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
     

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
    The Contest and these Official Contest Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Canada and the United States.
     

13. SEVERABILITY:
    If any provision of these Official Contest Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Official Contest Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect.

15. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS FINAL:
    ​By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
     

16. NO AFFILIATION WITH CONCERT VENUE OR PERFORMERS:
    This Contest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to the concert venue, artists, or performers associated with the concert tickets.
     

17. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
    The Contest is void where prohibited by law. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Contest Rules. If you do not agree to these rules, please do not enter the Contest. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
