Elaina Kaounas

Elaina is based in Vancouver, B.C. and comes with 15 years of broad ranged C-Level industry experience stretching from Tech, Investment Banking, SaaS and Development. The organizations she has supported have varied in size from boutique (under 50) to fortune 500 companies. Elaina has been front line to multi-million-dollar MNA deals, large event productions and various superpower tasks. These opportunities and experiences have provided the ability for her to be able to “think on her feet” and problem solve at lightning speed.
